Cynthia A. Dodge, Ph.D. has been a practicing clinician and educator for over 30 years. Dr. Dodge has expertise with multiple evidence based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She holds Harvard certification in the specialized use of CBT for Insomnia and well as specialized training in trauma-focused tf-CBT.
Being flooded with anxiety, free-floating worry and depression can impair memory and sleep. Grief and loss issues are appropriate reasons to explore help and gain relief to reclaim your best self. There are tools you can learn to improve this state of being. She works effectively with couples wanting to deal with their relationship.
